Where are your workshop located at?

The shop is located at 64, Jalan Gasing, Bukit Gasing, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Navigate using the Waze app and search for "Caffeinated Cabin". It is conveniently located next to SK La Salle PJ school (Black Gate).

Parking are available at the site.

What time does the class start

You can expect a 6-hour class starting at 8am and ending at 2pm. During the class, light refreshments such as coffee and pastries will be provided.

What are the syllabus for the Hand-rolled Croissant Class?

The Syllabus includes Theory, Dough mixing, Butter sheeting, Lamination, Shaping, Proofing, and Baking.

Can I join your class without any knowledge about baking?

Yes, it accommodates beginners as long as they are 13 years old and older.

Is this a sourdough croissant?

No, this is a butter croissant made with Elle&Vire butter.

Is there any break time for lunch?

Crafting delicious croissants is a labor of love, requiring unwavering focus and dedication. No breaks in between, just pure passion from start to finish!

Is there anything that i need to bring for the class?

Yes, you do need to bring cooler bags and containers so you can take home the delicious, freshly baked croissants as well as the raw ones!

If I am attending from another country, does that imply that I cannot bring back frozen goods?
